We sell digital herbal education materials, including downloadable guides such as The Ancient Apothecary and The Family Apothecary. Our materials are for educational and informational purposes only and are not medical, health, or professional advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before using any herb, remedy, or practice described in our materials, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.

3. License to Use

When you purchase a digital product, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the materials for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the files with others
• Reproduce, copy, or republish the content publicly
• Use the content to train AI models or build derivative products
• Remove copyright notices or attempt to circumvent technical protections

4. Intellectual Property

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pure Herbal Wisdom LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of our products. Our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the product giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the claim. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pure Herbal Wisdom LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of our products, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

11. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our products or website if you breach these Terms, engage in fraud or chargeback abuse, infringe intellectual property, or pose a security risk. License rights granted to you end upon termination, and you must stop using and delete the digital files.
